CRM Product Design
OneDay Group is an Italian holding of startup, this project was focused on the creation of the CRM for the manage of travels organizations.
Starting from scratch and creating a CRM capable of connecting customer acquisition, via e-commerce purchase, to all company departments, ensuring that they are able to manage the data according to their functions, booking for the management of reservations, organization rooms and transport, sales for purchasing and upselling management, finance for all financial management and marketing for content and advertising updates.
The Process
Definition and drafting of all the individual data flows, chosen together with the managers of the teams involved, defined in a single flow shared with the development manager.
